CPH - Audiovisual Systems Upgrade

Columbus Public Health is seeking a qualified audiovisual systems integrator to deliver a turnkey upgrade of AV, unified communications, and broadcast production equipment across seven distinct rooms (boardroom, media relations, IT meeting, Room 102, and three identical mid‑size meeting rooms). The contractor must provide all hardware (high‑end displays, Logitech Rally systems, PTZ cameras, acoustic treatment, cabling, power distribution, etc.), perform installation, programming, commissioning, testing, documentation, and user training. Requirements include manufacturer‑trained technicians, Dante Level 3 certification, AVIXA CTS‑I/D certifications (preferred), compliance with NEC and Ohio building codes, and coordination with CPH IT for network settings.
