The City of Dahlonega seeks a qualified vendor to fully design, furnish, and install a turnkey audio/visual (A/V) system in its Council Chambers to improve live and virtual meeting capabilities. The scope includes evaluating existing equipment, recommending or replacing wall‑mounted displays, installing HDMI/USB‑C inputs, a wireless presentation system, dedicated video‑conferencing hardware, a recording solution, new DSP, speakers, microphones, acoustic panels, control touch panels, and all necessary cabling, power, and networking infrastructure.
