McCarran Center Janitorial Services

The State of Nevada, Department of Administration, State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the McCarran Center Buildings located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The contract term is expected to be 18 months, pending a formal Request for Proposal for a 4-year contract. Vendors must attend a mandatory site visit on January 24, 2024, and submit a proposal by February 12, 2024. The evaluation criteria include experience, demonstrated competence, expertise and availability of key personnel, conformance with the terms of the RFP, and cost. • The contract requires the vendor to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning of the McCarran Center Buildings. • The vendor must supply the necessary labor, materials, and supplies to maintain the building. • The vendor is expected to provide and utilize cleaning chemicals that will clean and sanitize all surfaces, subject to approval of the B&G designee. • The vendor must have at least 3 years of experience cleaning a 50,000 square foot property, 5 years of janitorial experience, an established business of over 5 years, and a local store front.
