Fundamental Research to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking research and development proposals to counter weapons of mass destruction. The agency is looking for proposals from accredited degree-granting colleges and universities, as well as industrial, commercial, and not-for-profit research entities. Proposals can be submitted in response to published topics or to a general thrust area.
