Water Resources Engineering Services (PWE 505)

The City of Boise is seeking professional water resources consulting services to be provided on a task order basis. The City will contract with several firms for one year, with the possibility of four annual extensions. The services will include design, review, and oversight of various water resource projects, including pressurized irrigation and water system design, aquifer characterizations, water rights, and water resources program development. The selected firms will be required to provide a proposal for each task order, including a scope of work, schedule, and fee structure. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of four annual extensions. • The services will be provided on a task order basis, with the City requesting proposals for each task order. • The selected firms will be required to provide a fee schedule, which will not be used in determining which firm is selected as the most qualified. • The City reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted or to request additional information about any proposal. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
