Printers and Multifunction Devices (MFD's)

California’s Department of General Services is seeking qualified vendors to establish a statewide, multi‑year contract for the supply of new printers and multifunction devices (MFDs) across all state agencies and participating local governments. The contract will be awarded on a group‑by‑group “lowest responsive and responsible bid” basis and includes mandatory value‑added services such as asset tagging, installation, data wiping, take‑back, and logistics support. Vendors must provide ENERGY STAR‑certified, EPEAT‑rated equipment, meet extensive security controls, and maintain a publicly accessible OEM price list.
