The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide trailer and truck mounted, Portable Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Vehicle Mounted Message Signs, Portable Traffic Sensors, Portable Speed Feedback Signs, and Portable Light Towers, training, and warranty. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with DelDOT to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. Key requirements include: • Providing all equipment, materials, and labor to supplement DelDOT's need for Portable Dynamic Message Signs • Cooperating with DelDOT to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services • Meeting mandatory insurance requirements, including Commercial General Liability and Product Liability • Complying with all Federal, State, or County laws, and City or Town ordinances and regulations • Providing a Non-Collusion Statement, Subcontractor Information Form, Business References, Confidentiality Form, and Exception Form The successful Vendor(s) will be required to extend any policy guarantee usually offered to the general public, and to provide a Certificate of Insurance referencing the name and contract number stated herein.
