Rocky Reach Pump Frames

The District is seeking a qualified steel fabricator to replace aging pump frames that support three PP7900 pumps at the Rocky Reach Plant. The scope includes design‑to‑spec fabrication of A36 steel frames, welding, surface preparation, coating, and delivery to the plant. This is a material‑focused solicitation targeting firms with experience in structural steel fabrication and coating. • Replace four stacked steel frames (three pump frames + one platform frame) for a fish‑dewatering system. • Fabricate frames to A36 steel specifications, including custom ISO 1161 locking corner connectors. • Perform welding, surface preparation, protective coating, and ship the completed frames to Rocky Reach Plant.
