Description
The Tantasqua Regional School District and the four member towns are seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive school‑bus transportation services for all K‑12 students for the three‑year period July 1 2027 – June 30 2030. The contract includes regular elementary and regional routes, late‑run services, and occasional extracurricular trips, with strict requirements for fleet age, capacity, equipment, driver qualifications, insurance, bonding, and reporting. A $5,000 bid deposit is required, and up to a 50 % performance bond may be demanded. The award will be based on the lowest aggregated three‑year cost per town.
