Janitorial Services for Solid Waste

Pinellas County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for five solid‑waste facility buildings in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area. The contract will be a 60‑month (5‑year) agreement with a possible two‑year extension, covering daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic cleaning tasks, supply provision, and security compliance. Vendors must submit unit‑price quotes via OpenGov by September 15, 2026, and must be registered with the County’s procurement system. Small Business Enterprises receive preference, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The scope includes cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, corridors, and exterior entryways, as well as provision of chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
