The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Groton Office intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Electra-Med Corporation for the Doppler BoxX system. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to the provided email address. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. • The contract is for a Doppler BoxX system • The contract is a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract • Challenges to this sole source must be received in writing • The Government will determine whether or not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice
