FY 2027 Park Street Drainage Repair Project

The City of Walnut Grove is seeking qualified contractors to replace a damaged culvert under Industrial Parkway and to regrade and stabilize multiple ditch sections along Park Street within the public right‑of‑way. The work must follow GDOT specifications, include utility coordination, traffic lane closures, and erosion control measures, and be completed no later than November 15, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the best‑value bidder (or lowest responsive bidder if qualifications are equal) and requires submission of a fee proposal, schedule, qualifications, references, subcontractor list, performance bond, insurance certificates, and compliance documents. • Replace CMP culvert under Industrial Parkway, increase size to 30″, install safety flared ends, backfill with 57‑stone and compacted GAB, and pave final 6″. • Relocate culvert 2 ft farther from Park Street edge. • Regrade, fill, and stabilize eroded ditch sections (60 ft ROW) with BMPs, flat‑bottomed ditches, grassing, fertilization, and sod installation. • Manage traffic lane closures and coordinate with Walton County School System and utility providers. • Complete all work by 11/15/2026, adhering to specified work‑hour restrictions.
