Electronic Health Record (EHR)

The State of Montana, through the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is seeking a commercial off‑the‑shelf, cloud‑based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and billing solution delivered as a Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) product. The contract will cover the subscription licensing, ongoing maintenance and operations, and integration of clinical and financial data for statewide health services. Vendors must submit a full proposal package that includes qualifications, cost narratives, a traceability matrix, and compliance certifications, and must meet federal UEI and NDA889 requirements. The solicitation closes on 5 June 2026, and the award date is not yet announced. • Provide a fully integrated EHR and billing SaaS platform for the Montana DPHHS. • Submit total annual subscription cost (DDI & subscription) and three‑year post‑implementation services cost. • Complete mandatory prerequisite reviews (contract, Q&A, certifications, UEI registration, etc.) before the deadline. • Offerors must supply a suite of required attachments (Business Information, Letters of Support, Cost Proposal, SOC assessment, Trade Secret Affidavit if needed, etc.).
