492 SOW - Furniture

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide office furniture and equipment for the 492 Special Operations Wing (SOW) HQ RLF facility at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The contractor will be responsible for designing, delivering, and installing the furniture and equipment, as well as providing ongoing servicing and maintenance. The scope of work includes providing professionals versed in programming, space planning, and product specification to ensure that the products purchased meet the requirements. The contractor will also be responsible for managing the ordering, shipment, delivery, and installation of all new furniture and equipment. • The contract will be for a firm-fixed price. • The estimated period of performance is not more than 180 days. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, and base requirements. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of customers, employees, and the community. • The contractor will be required to provide a project manager who will be responsible for the performance of the work. • The contractor will be required to submit a complete list of personnel who will be working on the project, including deliverymen.
