Residential Automated Refuse Carts - 95/65 Gallons

The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids for the provision of residential automated refuse carts with capacities of 95 and 65 gallons. The carts are intended for use in the City's sanitation division. The bid includes various line items for different types of containers, replacement parts sets, and other related items. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the carts by mid-June 2026. The bid also includes a liquidated damages provision, which may be assessed if the delivery is delayed. • The bid includes 1,300 units of 95-gallon trash containers, 1,000 units of 95-gallon recycle containers, and 1,000 units of 95-gallon compost containers. • The bid also includes 300 units of 65-gallon recycle containers. • Replacement parts sets are required for each type of container. • The successful bidder must provide a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City.
