WV Lottery Uniforms and Mat/Rug Rental and Cleaning Services

The West Virginia Lottery Commission is seeking a vendor to provide uniform rental and cleaning services, mat rental and cleaning services, and miscellaneous janitorial cleaning supplies for the Lottery Headquarters. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing weekly laundering of uniforms, repairing or replacing damaged uniforms, and delivering new uniforms to new employees within 30 days of request. The vendor will also be responsible for providing mat rental and cleaning services, including 4' x 6' traction mats, 3' x 10' traction mats, and 3' x 5' walking traffic mats. The vendor will also provide miscellaneous janitorial cleaning supplies, including dust mop heads, wet mop heads, and microfiber towels. • Uniforms must be made of high-quality materials and meet specific requirements, including being 65/35 polyester/cotton, having a minimum of seven-ounce permanent press fabric, and having reinforced stress points. • The vendor must provide a range of colors for the uniforms and ensure that the uniforms maintain their basic colors throughout the contract period. • The vendor must also provide embroidery services for the uniforms, including name and entity patches. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost for the contract items. Some key requirements for the vendor include: • Having a minimum of 7 years of experience providing rental uniforms and cleaning services • Providing weekly laundering of uniforms • Repairing or replacing damaged uniforms • Delivering new uniforms to new employees within 30 days of request • Providing mat rental and cleaning services • Providing miscellaneous janitorial cleaning supplies The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and must provide proof of insurance and licensing as required.
