Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services for Offutt AFB

The 55th Wing at Offutt AFB is seeking Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for construction projects on Offutt AFB and off-site facilities in the eastern Nebraska area. The contract will include a broad range of A-E services, such as architectural, civil engineering, and structural engineering. The A-E firm must be familiar with Offutt AFB facility design standards, antiterrorism (ATFP) requirements, and other applicable government codes. The scope of services includes investigation and analysis, design, and construction supervision. • The total ordering capacity for each Single-Award Task-Order Contract (SATOC) is projected at $49,000,000. • The contract will be used on an as-needed basis. • The A-E firm must have experience with similar projects performed within the last ten years. • The firm must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov to be eligible for contract award.
