The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB is seeking a turn-key, self-contained 8,000-10,000-gallon above ground fuel storage and dispensing system for diesel fuel. The system must meet the attached salient characteristics. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under NAICS code 332420. To be eligible, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations and have an assigned Cage code. • The system must be a turn-key, self-contained above ground fuel storage and dispensing system for diesel fuel. • The system must meet the attached salient characteristics. • The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. • Vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. • Vendors must have an assigned Cage code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
