Interior & Exterior Signage and Banners – On-Call Contract (With and Without Installation)

The University of Wisconsin‑Milwaukee is establishing an on‑call pool of qualified contractors to fabricate interior and exterior signage, banners, and related graphic items, and to provide installation services on an as‑needed basis. No specific project is tied to this solicitation; the contract does not guarantee minimum volume, but multiple vendors will be awarded so they can submit competitive quotes for future campus signage needs. Bidders must submit a complete price sheet (Exhibit B) covering each listed line‑item, agree to net‑30 payment terms, and certify compliance with Wisconsin statutory preferences and U.S.‑origin material requirements. • Scope includes production of vinyl, mesh, Dibond, Gatorboard, clear‑film and PVC‑foam signage in various sizes, plus optional installation (pole‑banner replacement, wall‑mounted panels, etc.). • All pricing must be all‑inclusive (product + delivery, installation) and fixed for the contract term; no bundling or price variations are permitted. • Contract term is one year (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with up to four optional one‑year renewals, provided net‑30 terms and warranty requirements are met.
