Regulatory Commission of Alaska: Notice of Utility Tariff Filing (TMG)

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska has published a public notice that TDX Manley Generating, LLC (TMG) filed tariff filing TA201‑72 to update its quarterly Cost of Power Adjustment (COPA), Power Cost Equalization (PCE), and Small Facility Power Purchase Rate (SFPPR) for the period beginning September 1 2026. Key changes include a COPA surcharge increase from $0.2961/kWh to $0.8157/kWh and an SFPPR increase from $0.5161/kWh to $1.1802/kWh, with the PCE level remaining at the FY 2026 statutory maximum of $0.7424/kWh. TMG also revised the SFPPR calculation to exclude solar‑generated kWh sales and requested an effective date of October 2 2026. Stakeholders may submit comments by 5:00 p.m. on September 4 2026.
