Promotora Program Request for Proposal

Washington County is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide prevention and early intervention services through an Early Childhood Promotora Program. The program aims to provide services to communities in Washington County with historically underrepresented and low-participation populations, focusing on basic parenting education, developmental screening, referral, and linkage to behavioral health services and other community resources. Services will be provided by bilingual and bicultural parent educators. The total approximate award amount is up to $530,000 per year, with the possibility of partial awards split across multiple proposers.
