Birch Street Sewer Improvement Project

The City of Lino Lakes is soliciting bids for the Birch Street Sewer Improvement Project, a comprehensive in‑place sewer and water infrastructure upgrade. The work includes removal and replacement of existing bituminous walk, dewatering, temporary steel sheet piling, bypass pumping, installation of new 15‑inch PVC sanitary sewer, jacked steel casing pipe, temporary water service, replacement of a 16‑inch DIP watermain, temporary fencing, and turf establishment. All bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN vBid by the closing date, and the bid opening will be conducted via a Zoom meeting. • Remove & replace ~3,500 SY bituminous walk • Install 125 LF of 15‑in PVC sanitary sewer and 100 LF of 24‑in steel casing pipe (jacked) • Perform dewatering, temporary sheet piling, and sanitary sewer bypass pumping • Replace 50 LF of 16‑in DIP watermain and install temporary water service • Provide site protection (temporary fence) and final turf establishment (≈3,200 SY)
