BUY INDIAN SET-ASIDE - ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADE + ONGOING SUPPORT AT OKLAHOMA AREA IHS BUILDING

The Indian Health Service is seeking a vendor to upgrade and provide ongoing support for the access control system at the Oklahoma Area IHS building. The system must include AMAG Symmetry Software, control boards, readers, and labor. The vendor must be an authorized AMAG reseller and provide documentation. The vendor must also have the ability to install all components within 60 days from the date of the award and provide maintenance and support for up to 5 years and 6 months. • The access control system must include PRO HSE (Homeland Security Edition) AMAG Symmetry Software. • The vendor must provide and install new AMAG M400 control boards and Pro HSE Version 9.8 Software/Licensing and new model #40KHTKS-03-004XMB door readers. • The vendor must have a response time to service calls of no later than 2 business days from receipt of call. • The contractor must be able to provide parts to fix issues within 5 business days from the service call response.
