Pre-Solicitation Notice with Intent to Sole Source R&D Technology Support Services for Update to Web-Based Decision Aid

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to People Designs (Durham, NC) to update, modernize, and provide ongoing support for the web‑based patient decision aid “Decide2Rest” used in the VA research project PULM‑005‑25S (obstructive sleep apnea). The effort includes a one‑year base period with four optional one‑year extensions (up to five years total).
