IFB 07-2025003 Mail Presorting Services

The North Carolina Department of State Treasurer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide mail presort services. The vendor will be responsible for picking up mail once a day, Monday through Friday, at the department's location, sorting mail by zip code, adding additional postage as needed, and providing secure transportation to a United States Postal Service office for same-day mailing. The department estimates around 80,000 pieces of mail per month. The contract term will be for three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. • The vendor must have experience in mail presort services • The vendor must be able to provide secure transportation of mail • The vendor must be able to sort mail by zip code and add additional postage as needed • The vendor must be able to provide same-day mailing to a United States Postal Service office • The vendor must be able to provide a secure and reliable mail presort service
