Description
The City of Columbus (Public Utilities) is seeking vendors to enter an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for instrument and tool calibration, emergency repair, parts, and maintenance services for its water and power facilities. The agreement will cover a range of equipment (listed in an attached spreadsheet) at multiple locations, with an estimated annual spend of $50,000 and a contract expiration of 10/1/2027. Vendors must submit unit prices for hourly labor, overtime, calibration per piece, trip charges, parts markup, miscellaneous charges, and manufacturer shipping. All work must be performed within 20 mi of the specified plants or via free transport.
