The Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is issuing a one‑year blanket purchase agreement for approved heavy‑duty degreaser/carbon remover cleaning products supplied in 55‑gal drums. The contract is firm‑priced, with a minimum order quantity of 24 drums per release and an estimated total quantity of 168 drums to be delivered by 20 June 2026.
