The Simi Valley Unified School District is seeking a qualified consulting firm to update its 2016 Facilities Master Plan (FMP) and create a living, digital master‑plan database that integrates with GIS, Power BI, and the district’s work‑order system. The scope includes condition assessments of approximately 1.9 million sq ft of school facilities, development of a prioritized maintenance and capital improvement plan, cost estimating, community outreach, delivery of an interactive electronic master plan, training of district staff, and multi‑year technical support. • Conduct comprehensive condition assessments and develop a Facility Condition Index for each of the 28+ school sites. • Build an up‑datable, ADA‑compliant digital asset database (GIS‑compatible, Power BI‑ready) that links to the district’s CMMS/work‑order platform. • Produce cost estimates, a prioritized maintenance schedule, and a final master‑plan report with stakeholder outreach documentation and training.
