The U.S. Army seeks a contractor to supply and install automated parts accumulator systems compatible with Okuma LB3000 series CNC lathes (serial numbers 228228 and 251888) at the Crane Army Ammunition Activity in Indiana. The system must integrate seamlessly with the existing part ejection process, accept discharged workpieces without manual handling, and operate without impeding machine travel limits, tooling, guarding, maintenance access, or normal operation, all while requiring only minimal modifications to the machines.
