Goals and Guardrails Governance Training

This opportunity sought a vendor to deliver a “Goals and Guardrails Governance Training” program for the Board of Education. The procurement was structured as an RFP, indicating a need for a comprehensive proposal outlining methodology, curriculum, delivery format, and pricing. Though the solicitation was later canceled, the original scope called for developing and presenting training modules that would help educators and administrators understand governance best practices, set clear organizational goals, and establish protective “guardrails” to ensure compliance and accountability. The work likely involved: • Designing a curriculum tailored to K‑12 governance challenges. • Delivering in‑person or virtual training sessions for board members and staff. • Providing supporting materials (handbooks, slide decks, assessment tools). • Offering post‑training follow‑up or coaching to embed practices.
