Digital Unified Coordination Center (DUCC)

The agency seeks information on commercially available solutions, implementation approaches, hosting models, integration capabilities, and relevant experience to shape future procurement. • Scope includes design, development, and long‑term maintenance of a unified digital platform for transit operations. • Vendors are asked to provide product options, deployment strategies (cloud, on‑premise, hybrid), integration methods with existing transit systems, and past project experience. • Responses are due by August 26 2026; questions must be submitted by August 10 2026 via the Workday Strategic Sourcing portal.
