The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. The services include cleaning and maintenance of various facilities, including administrative and industrial areas, restrooms, and fitness centers. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various facilities, including administrative and industrial areas, restrooms, and fitness centers. • The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, health, and safety. • The contractor will be required to provide a written proof of records check and complete an employee statement form for any employee who will be assigned independent work at the Youth Center, Teen Center, Child Development Center, or any facility concerning children.
