The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide event planning and management services for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The vendor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing events and conferences, including meeting with state agency representatives, marketing the event, registration services, coordination of event site, food and beverages, event evaluation, presenter/speaker logistics, graphic design work, printing services, audio visual equipment, and providing a secure storage area for promotional items. The vendor must have at least 10 years of experience in event planning and management and be located within 50 driving miles of Jefferson City, MO. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
