MN USPFO -Hibbing MN - Scrap Metal Recycling

The United States Property & Fiscal Office - Minnesota is seeking bids for the recycling of scrap metal from the Hibbing Field Maintenance Shop. The scrap metal consists of unseparated ferrous and non-ferrous materials and must be collected from the FMS location. The contractor will be responsible for paying for the scrap metal based on the agreed price at the time of delivery. The contract term is for one year with two optional years. • The scrap metal location must be within 20 miles of the FMS location. • The contractor must submit a transaction report with the payment of the drop-off record. • The payment is due within the first 15 days after the scrap metal drop-off. • The contractor must provide a cashier's check or money order made payable to "US Treasury". • The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
