Progressive Design-Build (PDB) of Ft. Campbell Aircraft Maintenance Hangar

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, is seeking information for the design and construction of an Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at Fort Campbell, KY. The project involves furnishing all necessary equipment, materials, labor, supervision, quality control, and supplies to deliver a fully functional aviation maintenance facility. The scope of work includes large clear-span hangar bays, specialized systems, administrative and support spaces, and airfield paving and site work. The estimated acquisition magnitude is $220,000,000.00, and the planned acquisition strategy is Progressive Design-Build (PDB) via Other Transaction Authority (OTA).
