The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide wireless telemetry equipment and services. The contractor will be required to provide equipment that meets the salient characteristics outlined in the solicitation, including the ability to provide continuous wireless telemetry monitoring for adult and pediatric patients, support continuous ECG monitoring with real-time transmission of patient data, and be fully interoperable with the facility's existing Philips IntelliVue Patient monitoring environment. The contractor will also be required to provide labor, project management, and other services as outlined in the solicitation. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The equipment must be FDA-cleared for its intended use as a wireless patient telemetry monitoring system. • The equipment must be new, current production, and covered by the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty. • The contractor must provide a brand name or equal product that meets the salient characteristics outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including invoices and delivery receipts, as outlined in the solicitation.
