Description
This opportunity seeks proposals to lease farmland located at the Wayne County Airport and/or the Wayne County Care Center. The County Board will accept sealed written proposals (one original and two copies) plus an electronic copy on a USB drive. Proposals may be delivered in person or by mail, and must be submitted by the October 6, 2026 deadline. The Board retains the right to reject any or all proposals and will evaluate them after public opening.
• Lease(s) of agricultural land at two County facilities (Airport and/or Care Center).
• Submission requires sealed hard‑copy package and electronic USB copy in Microsoft Office or PDF format.
• Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on October 6, 2026; openings will be public the same day.
• Full RFP details (specifications, acreage, lease rates) must be requested via email to the Bid Coordinator.
