The City of Huntsville is seeking bids for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies. The contract will be for a term of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The City is looking for a vendor to provide a wide range of MRO supplies, including air filters, adhesives, batteries, cleaning products, electrical supplies, fasteners, hand tools, hardware, HVAC products, lighting supplies, lubrication, machining, motors, minor equipment, hand tools, plumbing supplies, pneumatics, power tools, safety products, sealants, welding supplies, and other related accessories. The City estimates annual expenditures for MRO supplies to be around $100,000. The successful bidder will be required to provide a price chart with discounts off shelf or catalogue price.
