Description
The Delaware Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking professional services to assist in reviewing and evaluating wind energy solicitations and procurements. The selected vendor(s) will provide expertise in areas such as economic and environmental wind issues, transmission siting, and general research and analysis. The scope of work includes tasks such as reviewing and analyzing reports, providing testimony, and drafting regulations.
• Review and analysis of wind energy solicitations and procurements
• Economic and environmental impact analysis
• Transmission siting and planning
• Research and analysis on energy market issues and rates
• Drafting regulations and testimony
• Providing negotiation support
