Fort Worth's Fourth Fireworks Display 2027

The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is seeking proposals for a fully choreographed fireworks display for the 2027 Fourth of July event. The proposal should include a breakdown of fireworks services for $75,000, a creative project approach, past experience with similar projects and references, team experience, schedule, and statement of verification. The successful offeror will be responsible for producing an eventful evening, including management of the program, staffing, safety, site preparation, execution of the show, and providing a breakdown of the show with District staff. • The fireworks display will be held in conjunction with Fort Worth’s Fourth Festival. • The show will be 30 minutes long and must have distinctive opening and closing segments as well as creative effects throughout with minimal dead time. • The show must be fired electronically and cannot be hand-fired. • The vendor must obtain all applicable permits and comply with all local, county, state, and federal rules, laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to and applicable to the fireworks display and related activities.
