Oils, Lubricants, and Fluids

The City of Omaha is requesting bids from qualified companies for the supply of various oils, lubricants, and fluids. The term of the agreement will be for one year from the date of award, with the option for two one-year extensions. The prices to be paid during the extended terms may be adjusted based on changes in the WTI Crude Oil price. The bidder must meet or exceed product specifications, and the bid price must include shipping and delivery costs, as well as drum deposits. The products must be from "virgin" base stock, and re-refined products will not be considered "or equal". • The bid includes various products such as engine oils, diesel engine oils, heat transfer oils, transmission fluids, and greases. • The bidder must provide a bid bond or an acceptable substitute. • The City of Omaha reserves the right to order more or less than the estimated quantities. • The bidder must submit bid questions in the Questions tab of the bid event, and questions will be answered within one day of the questions cutoff date/time.
