PRE-QUAL FOR OILS, LUBRICANTS & FLUIDS

Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualification of vendors for the provision of oils, lubricants, and fluids for purchase and delivery on a term contract basis. The contract will be for an unspecified duration, and the vendor must be able to provide a wide range of products, including motor oil, hydraulic oil, grease, coolant, and lubricant products. The vendor must also be able to deliver products to various locations within Palm Beach County. Some key points to consider include: • The vendor must be able to provide a minimum of two cases of oils, greases, or fluids when products are shipped in cases. • The vendor must be able to provide a minimum of one 5-gallon pail, 120-pound container, drum, or tote of product. • The vendor must be able to provide bulk deliveries with a minimum order of 75 gallons. • The vendor must be able to provide pricing that includes all fees or charges incurred to deliver to and off-load at each site. • The vendor must be able to provide a drug-free workplace certification. • The vendor must be able to provide a certification regarding lobbying. • The vendor must be able to provide a certification regarding debarment and suspension.
