The Village of Key Biscayne is seeking qualified contractors to perform a beach nourishment project that will place approximately 12,800 cubic yards of sand between FDEP reference monuments R‑101 and R‑108. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials, and complete tasks such as mobilization, sand delivery and placement, turbidity monitoring, vibration control, beach tilling, geotechnical testing, and demobilization in accordance with the specifications.
