FCI MANCHESTER FY26 4TH QTR BREAD REQUIREMENT

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide bread to the Federal Correctional Institution in Manchester, Kentucky. The contract will cover the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2026, from July 1st to September 30th. The contractor will be required to deliver bread on a weekly basis, with the quantity to be determined by the local food service administration. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling. The evaluation criteria for this contract will be based on price, delivery, and past performance. • The contractor must provide kosher bread, whole wheat, unseasoned, fresh, sandwich, sliced, and seedless. • The contractor must deliver bread within 48 hours after baking. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the bread. • The contractor must have a valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
