Sources Sought - Venue St Louis 11-12 JUL 2025 Yellow Ribbon

The Missouri Army National Guard is seeking information from vendors who can provide venue space, lodging rooms, meals, and family team building activities for approximately 200 participants on 11-12 July 2025, preferably located within a 40-mile range of St. Louis, MO. The required services include meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, and meals, as well as family team building activities. The vendor should be able to provide a detailed, all-inclusive expense sheet and meet all the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work. Some key requirements include: • Providing a venue with a meeting room that can accommodate 200+ people • Offering sleeping rooms at the prevailing government rate • Providing meals, including breakfast and lunch, at a cost not to exceed the per diem rate • Offering family team building activities • Having available indoor activities to work on building family cohesion and help eliminate stressors from deployment issues • Providing parking costs for all attendees and Yellow Ribbon staff at no additional charge • Requiring hotel personnel to undergo a 30-minute Security Brief before the event, if necessary.
