Description
The State of Iowa is seeking a qualified engineering/design firm to provide full‑service civil/structural design, cost estimating, bid assistance, and construction administration for road repair and tunnel infill work at the Iowa Correctional Institute for Women campus. The effort includes field investigations, surveying, utility coordination, production of design development and construction documents, and on‑site construction‑phase oversight. Deliverables are broken into lump‑sum fee categories and a unit price for inspection visits.
