Iowa Tower Maintenance

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for Iowa PBS and Iowa Department of Public Safety broadcast tower sites across the state. The work includes structural inspections, painting, lighting (including FAA‑mandated tower lights), grounding, antenna and transmission line upkeep, shelter/building maintenance, HVAC, safety compliance, and 24/7 emergency response. Bidders must submit standard and emergency labor rates, a trip‑fee for mobilizations, and material/equipment mark‑ups, and may elect to bid on any one or more of the five defined geographic zones.
