7D20-- Engineering Data Circuit Software and Hardware Upgrade

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm fixed price, non-personal services contract to maintain existing TMEX Local Distribution Channel (Gigaman) line for the Central Arkansas Veteran Health System Little Rock AR, with AT&T. The contractor will provide maintenance and repair for the existing Gigaman data circuit used for point-to-point data communications between North Little Rock and Little Rock. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: * Maintaining existing TMEX Local Distribution Channel (Gigaman) line * Providing status information on disruptions or outages reported by the VA * Providing account information and 24/7 contact updates * Ensuring continuity of service * Maintaining open lines of communication between designated staff at both the managerial and technical levels The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
