Description
Romeo Community Schools is seeking qualified contractors to perform the addition and renovation of Hevel Elementary School (Project BP01). The scope includes a full range of construction trades such as concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, glazing, ceilings & drywall, flooring, painting, tile, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and site work. Bids must be submitted electronically via Building Connected by October 2, 2026 (11:00 AM EST). A pre‑bid site walk‑through is scheduled for September 23, 2026. Successful bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, insurance certificates, and various compliance affidavits. The project will be managed by Barton Malow Builders acting as construction manager on behalf of the school district.
