Laundry Chemicals and Services

The Larned State Hospital is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide Laundry Chemicals and Services. The hospital utilizes either a hot water system of wash or ozone-generating equipment and desires to work with a knowledgeable laundry chemical provider with expertise and experience in advising its client base in maximizing operational outcomes. The provider should be able to provide training and routine maintenance on the laundry equipment and chemical dispensing systems, as well as the ozone generators if utilized. • The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. • The bidder must have a comprehensive service organization capable of serving State Agency sites throughout the State of Kansas. • The bidder shall provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, and transportation to maintain all dispensing system equipment furnished in good working order. • The bidder shall provide technical support Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, excluding State holidays.
